Shipping policy

Generally we ship your order within 1-3 business days depends on the merchandise, volume of orders, and time of the day, by the order in which received. Some products are made to order, so we will need the time to prepare. Custom orders may take longer to prepare due to volume or material preparation.

We will wait four weeks for domestic before considering a lost in transit. Sometimes your package may go missing and then get back on track so we do not guarantee any delivery dates. During holidays and cold seasons, delays are expected due to high volume of deliveries, flight cancellations, lack of drivers, and road blocks.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

It is the purchaser's responsibility to make sure that the shipping address is correct. We ship all orders directly to the address that is on file with the order. Therefore, we are not responsible for an incorrect address that was entered at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered for an order, and the order has already shipped, it is the purchaser's responsibility for tracking down the package.

Returned Packages:

Returned packages that were non-deliverable by the postal service will have a $5. return processing fee. A refund of unopened shipped boxes will be applied minus the original shipping charges and return processing fee within 15 business days.

If an order is returned to the seller by USPS because of an incorrect address, the order will either be cancelled/refunded (order total minus the shipping) or the buyer must pay for shipping again.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the package has been sent out or dropped off at the post office, as well as for delivered packages that are stolen at your location. If your Priority Mail package is missing during transit (undelivered after 4 weeks) and is additionally insured, please contact USPS or us for further assistant.

Hot and Cold Temperature Locations:

Some products are high heat sensitive. If you are not available to pick up your package at your delivery location, please have it delivered to your office or another address so your package will not sit in the sun all day.
